From Zatarain's comes this new lower salt/sodium mix of Mexican inspired Yellow Rice with 55% less sodium than their original Yellow Rice Mix with all of the same great flavor.
For Rice with Unique Flavor, You've Got to Serve Zatarian's
OVEN PREPARATION
- In a full metal steam pan, add 12 cups hot water, 2 ounces butter and package of Zatarain's Yellow Rice Mix.
- Stir thoroughy; then cover tightly with aluminum foil or a lid.
- Place in a 400° F oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until rice is cooked. Do not over cook.
- Remove cooked rice from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Just before serving, gently fluff rice with a fork to fluff rice and mix seasonings.
