Zippy Molded Spread Ingredients

• 1 can condensed tomato soup
• 3 oz package lemon jello mix
• 3 x 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
• 1 green pepper, membrane removed, and finely diced
• 1 cup finely chopped onion
• 1 cup finely chopped celery
• 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
• 1 cup light mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp peppercorn melange peppercorns

To make Zippy Molded Spread

1. Pour tomato soup into a 3 quart sauce pan and heat. Add the lemon jello mix and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
2. Stir in the cream cheese, and beat until smooth and creamy.
3. Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Remove from heat and pour into mold, or into 2 or 3 individual containers.
5. Place in refrigerator, and chill until gelatin is set.
6. Serve as a spread with crackers, party rye bread or as a dip for vegetables.
