Recipe: Zucchini Casserole

Recipes using McCormick Black Pepper, Ground

• zucchini, sliced
• onions, sliced
• 8ozs shredded Mozzarella cheese
• 16oz jar spaghetti sauce flavored with mushrooms

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Butter an oven proof casserole dish
3. In buttered casserole dish layer zucchini, onions and cheese to approximately 1/4 inch from top of dish.
4. Top with spahetti sauce.
5. Bake uncovered for 45 mins or until squash is tender.
