Remove cover for last 1\/2 hour.\n<\/li>\n<li>Allow to cool. Add rice, cover, reduce heat and cook until water is absorbed, about 20 minutes (less time for basmati)\n<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes.
