It takes only a little bit of time to mix the marinade ingredients,  and a few hours to allow the roast to absorb the flavors.  We cooked our roast in the oven, but with a little care you could barbecue this roast over slow coals and have a delicious smoked roast.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 &#8211; 4 pound pork roast\n<\/li>\n<p><strong>Marinade<\/strong>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/3 cup soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsps sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp <a href=\"\/nina_chopped_fresh_garlic.php\" title=\"Chopped Garlic\">Nina chopped garlic<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tsp McCormick ground <a href=\"\/mccormick_ground_ginger_spice.php\" title=\"McCormick Ground Ginger\">ginger<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 tsps Adolph&#8217;s <a href=\"\/adolphs_tenderizer.php\">Meat Tenderizer<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Place all ingredients (except roast) in a reclosable plastic bag and mix well.  Pierce roast on all<br \/>\nsides.  Place roast in marinade in plastic bag and turn to coat all sides of<br \/>\nroast.  Place in refrigerator at 3 hours or overnight. Make sure to turn the<br \/>\nroast as it marinades.
