Does anyone here know anything about what someone with an over or under-active thyroid can/should eat? A friend of mine has some condition where his thyroid levels are all over the place. One his symptoms is pretty bad indigestion. Any dietary suggestions?

Hey everybody, glad to become part of the forum. I just moved out of my parents' house and now I have to start cooking for myself...or else eat crap every night. I look forward to learning some cool recipes here and trying them out.
