Anyone have a recipe for old fashioned Southern cornbread dressing? I'm planning a big dinner tonight and I'd love to compare my family's old recipe.:)
I have used glass and ceramic pans to roast all types of poultry, beef, and pork but never cornish hens. I want them to cook thouroughly without drying out. I want this to be a very special night for me and my fiance'.
I am roasting cornish hens for dinner tonight but I don't have a heavy metal roasting pan. Can I use Pyrex or ceramic type pans to achieve great results? Do you have any tips or suggestions?
