Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
pinch salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c. chopped pecans

Streusel Topping
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. cold butter

In bowl combine first four ingredients. Add egg, milk and butter. Fold in nuts and berries. Spread into buttered 9" square pan. Mix streusel ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 375F. degrees for 40 minutes.
