Ingredients:
4 C Sugar
4 C Vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
4 C chopped onion
4 C diced tomatoes
4 C chopped cuccumber
4 C fresh corn
4 C chopped cabbage
Directions:
In a large Dutch oven, combine sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed and turmeric; heat to boiling point and add vegetables. Cook uncovered, for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pack into hot, scalded jars and seal. Yield about 6 pints. Excellent for meats and veggies.
