Cream of Squash Soup

1 big onion
1 tsp. flour
about 8 qts. water
3 squash
5 potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1. In an 8 quart pot, on a medium flame, dice onion and saute.
2. Add 1 tsp. flour, water.
3. Cube squash and potatoes; add salt and pepper to taste.
4. after 45 minutes add Osem vegetable cube
5. Cook for 15 minutes, then blend and blend everything with hand blender.
