Ingredients
nonstick cooking spray
2 slices turkey bacon, cut into small pieces
1 medium onion\cooked, chopped
14 oz. chicken stock, defatted
2 lbs. golden hominy, drained CARA, RECIPE SAID 2 CANS. JC
2 cups water
1/4 lb. green chilies, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
Instructions
Spray heavy non-reactive saucepan with nonstick cooking spray and brown bacon and onion. Add next 5 ingredients and black pepper to taste. Simmer over medium heat about 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
