Okay this is an easy recipe that doesnt call for a lot of ingredients. You need
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put peanut butter in a bowl. Add egg. Then add Sugar. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator. Once chilled. Pinch off enough of the dough to make a small ball. Roll it around in your hands and make a ball. Place ball on cookie sheet. Continue doing this until you have used up all the dough. Then take a fork and criss cross on the ball. Like you are making an x. Finally sprinkle sugar over the cookies. Bake in oven for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool down really good so that they firm up. These are yummy
