I made this for my consumers at work and they (and the staff) LOVED it!
1 cup diced ham
2 cups diced hard boiled eggs
1 cup chopped broccoli
Mayo or Miracle whip
1 Tsp Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix it all together and serve on lettuce or as sandwiches.
