Green Pea Salad
2 pkgs. (10 oz.s each) frozen peas, defrosted
1 cup celery, finely cut
1/2 cup scallions, finely cut
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup sour cream
Combine peas, celery, scallions, bacon, sour cream, and salt to taste. Chill thoroughly.
