Ingredients:
1 No. 2 1/2 can whole tomatoes
1 can green chili peppers, seeded and chopped
1 large onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 C butter
grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine tomatoes, chili peppers, onion and garlic; simmer until slightly thickened. Pour into greased casserole; top with butter and grated cheese.
Bake until bubbly - 20 to 25 minutes. Leave seeds in chili peppers to make casserole hotter, if desired. Takes your breath away but it's delicious!!
