PaniniGuy here looking forward to meeting and chatting with all. I live in the great southwest (Arizona). I love bbq, grilling, sourdough and all sorts of cooking. I am a chemical engineer by training and travel extensively world wide due to work. Thank goodness that I dont weigh 5 tons from all the street food I eat.
