high calorie healthy recipes for 1year old with various food allergies

My 1year old daughter has allergies to dairy, egg, nuts and soya, but needs a high calorie diet due to slow growth/weight loss problems. Any recipe ideas which fall into these requirements or can be adapted will be gratefull received!
