Hi peoples 
I found this awesome recipe online a few years ago and cannot find it again.
Why I didn't write it down is beyond me. We were out of town, so I should have saved it. Anyway, I was making lasagna and had leftover ricotta cheese and didn't want to waste it. The recipe was ricotta, grated mozurella, a little parmesan or romano and something to hold it together (maybe a bit of mayonaise). I added parsley and tiny bits of pepperoni and spread it on sliced Italian bread, then into the oven or broiler. Anyone have anything like this?
