Ingredients:
1 3/4 C graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 C sweetened flaked coconut
1 C semisweet chocolate chips
1 C butterscotch chips
1/4 C coarsely chopped walnuts
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 C butter, softened
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly spray two large baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, walnuts, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a large bowl. Mix well.
Drop the dough by heaping tablespoonsful about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. Bake until the cookies are golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheets, then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before serving. These are delicious and will surely fill the bill for any and all cookie monsters! Enjoy
