Mock Stroganoff
1 lb. ground beef
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 small carton sour cream
1 small can sliced mushrooms
2 T catsup
garlic powder to taste
Brown the ground beef and drain. Add all the other ingredients to heat through. Serve over warm egg noodles.
