Mushroom schnitzel!

This tastes sooo good. Thats what made it hard being vego, giving up all that is crumbed and deep fried... then I found

INGREDIENTS
One Large field mushroom (or just regular mushroom cups)

Egg (whisked)

Bread Crumbs

Herbs (oregano, garlic, paprika) etc

METHOD
Wipe the mushies with a damp cloth
Remove stalk
Coat in egg
Coat in crumbs
Deep fry till golden brown.
Let drain on some paper toweling
Serve with steamed veggies or chips or salad or whatever... tastes awesome.
