Pizza and Spinach Pies

last night we made pizza and spinach pies

Here is the spinach which was cooked first and drained, then added to that was some garlic, black olives, course ground black pepper and a touch of sugar.

The dough (made by my wife of course ) same recipe as the pizza dough. divided up and ready to be rolled out and the filling added

Baked in the oven at 350 until browned

I haven't made these in a while - now I want some!
Did you ever fill them with bbq'd meats? or meatballs and Italian sausage?

Looking great Rick, pizza is outstanding,I like the pies. wife makes them often. I think she puts to much lemon in them. But hey, we don't tell each other how to cook. CF
