Pizza Salad

PIZZA SALAD


2 small pizza crusts - cut into 1" cubes
1 pint grape tomatoes - halved
1/2 c. basil - sliced thin
1/2 c. italian dressing
4 oz. shredded pizza cheese
6 oz sliced pepperoni

Combine crust cubes, tomatoes, & basil. Marinate in Italian dressing for 5 minutes. Add pizza cheese & pepperoni.

Oh Yum! I always have trouble finding great salad recipes. This one will be my next one to try for sure!

Im not a big fan of pepperoni though but I guess it could be substituted for salami?
