pudding chip cookies receipe I found on this cite

In this receipe it says to use instant pudding mix I was wondering if the sugar free instant mix would be equally as good to use in this receipe

I don't think it would make much difference in the recipe. I've never substituted it - but I can't see how it would hurt.
