Question about wines

I have always been told not to cook with a wine that you would not drink. Where I live there are not any wine stores. All we have is a Kroger and a Wal-Mart. Does anyone know of any good brands of wine from these stores or a great place to order offline. Any tips would be appreciated.

I do not know anything about wines.
I never drink wines. Actually i had once but thats not wine actually i think.
That was made from cooked rice. Thats called chhyang.

yellow tail can be found just about anywhere and it is a decent wine for the price.
