Saltine Candy

1 Sleeve (24) Saltine Crackers
3/4 C Packed Brown Sugar
1 C (2 sticks) Butter
2 C (12 oz) Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
3/4 C Chopped Nuts

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a 10"x15" baking sheet with foil, spray lightly with cooking spray. Place crackers on pan in single layer, sides touching.
Boil sugar and butter for 3 minutes. Pour mixture over saltines, spread evenly. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let set 1 minute or little longer until chips are melted. Spread melted chips evenly. Cut diagnolly or break up. May take awhile for the candy to set up.
