I have a great recipe for strawberry pie and it is so simple. It makes 2 pies.
2 pints of strawberries sliced
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 can Condensed milk
1/4 c lemon juice
2 pie crusts
Bake crust according to directions. Allow to cool. Mix all other ingredients together really well to evenly distribute. Put into pie shells. You're done!! Enjoy
A few ideas:
You can get fat free cool whip and condensed milk if you are watching your weight. Also, you can use different crusts, like graham cracker, etc. Use your imagination.
