Sugar-free Vanilla Chill

Ingredients

2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
1 1/3 cups soymilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 - 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
dash of ground cinnamon

Procedure

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender; blend until frothy.
2. Pour in tall glasses and serve immediately.
 
this is a great recipe! I am going to give it to my mom. she is getting gastric bypass on Thursday and I want to give her some good sugar free recipes that she can enjoy while she is recovering! Thanks so much!
