Thanksgiving leftovers? Turkey w/sweet potato dumplings

Thought might not be to early for a Thanksgiving leftover thread.
I won't be cooking a turkey, but this looks so good I think I will make it with some chicken.
It was in a Whole Foods pamphlet I picked up in the city--
am posting the link rather than cut and paste to show photo.

That does look good but our leftover turkey ends up in my wifes cream turkey which is very good also. Only problem is cream turkey on toast is it requires a great amount of SALT.
