My tuna salad sandwich recipe just won second place on the Epicurious tuna sandwich contest so I thought I would share it with you. And can you believe it everything is from a jar. Sacriledge! 
Julie’s Tuna Salad
One recipe or jar of tapenade
1 can of good quality tuna
1jar of marinated artichoke hearts
Good bread-ciabatta or French baguette
Hollow some of the bread out of the middle of the loaf to make room for filling. Then spread the tapenade onto the bread. Fill the bread with tuna and then top with artichoke hearts. Cut into individual portions and serve.
