I use garlic in almost all my cooking. Fresh ones as well as the pre-minced ones in a bottle.
My brother hates to accidentally eat a piece of garlic in a dish, so what my mom does is she will add a lightly smashed garlic to her cooking and at the end of the cooking, remove that piece of lightly smashed garlic.

I love cooking with garlic too. I have one of those garlic presses that I got from Pampered Chef. I just love it.

Garlic is a great item to have around, it is great also for health reasons. Mosquitoes tend to stay away from folks that eat garlic, also as our skin will give off a faint hint of garlic and keep them away. It also keeps cold flue at bay for those that eat quite a lot of it.

I’m an ardent garlic fan and use it in most of my cooking.
It is believed that garlic was worshipped by the ancient Egyptians, chewed by Greek Olympian athletes and thought to be essential for keeping vampires at bay!
It is also good for zapping bacteria, keeping your heart healthy, warding off coughs and colds

Indian dishes have a lot of garlic and in every form, battered garlic, sliced garlic, whole garlic cloves and garlic paste. Putting garlic in especially non-vegetarian Indian dishes enhances the flavor.
