Yes, it's garlic!

I love garlic and always put them in literally every dish i cook.
it's smells darn good when you brown them and brings out the flavour of your food. :)

how many ppl uses garlic frequently in their food here?

I am a garlic person! Can't get enough of it! Always a large basket of it in the kitchen - and I make sure I keep it full just in case! LOL

I love garlic too. My mom says I have no reason to worry about vampires because I eat so much of the stuff. When I was little I even ate it plain, not added to anything. Or so my mom tells me, I don't remember doing that.

I use garlic on everything! Garlic & parsley are the 2 main ingredients in pretty much everything I make. LOL

I love garlic as well. We add it to almost all of our potato dishes and to our meats as a season. Between onions and garlic not sure what we eat the most.

for me, onions is one of my favorite garnishes also.
but i tend to eat garlic more!

alot of health beneftis and it tastes great! :D

Oh yeah for sure! I put garlic in just about everything too! My mum was the same and dad hated it! :p

It just makes so much difference to every meal!

hmm...apparently I'm the minority....I don't cook with garlic that often and rarely have it in the house. I do keep garlic salt, but rarely even use that...

I use garlic in almost every meal. It has great affection with mushrooms, which we're having tonight. I couldn't make fried mushroom caps without my garlic!

I have friends that can't eat garlic or else they're looking for the Pepcid. I'm glad I don't suffer from that syndrome :) Love my garlic too much.

Garlic green beans: mix 1 tsp garlic powder with 1/4 cup butter, and pour over green beans.

Garlic mashed potatoes: Chop up 1 tsp garlic, and mix in mashed potatoes along with butter and milk.

I like putting garlic in stif-fried dishes, particularly stir-fried tuna chunks. I usually cook it in butter until it's very brown and then I add the tuna chunks. I think I could eat that everyday.

I use garlic in almost all my cooking. Fresh ones as well as the pre-minced ones in a bottle.

My brother hates to accidentally eat a piece of garlic in a dish, so what my mom does is she will add a lightly smashed garlic to her cooking and at the end of the cooking, remove that piece of lightly smashed garlic.

I love cooking with garlic too. I have one of those garlic presses that I got from Pampered Chef. I just love it.

Garlic is a great item to have around, it is great also for health reasons. Mosquitoes tend to stay away from folks that eat garlic, also as our skin will give off a faint hint of garlic and keep them away. It also keeps cold flue at bay for those that eat quite a lot of it.

I’m an ardent garlic fan and use it in most of my cooking.
It is believed that garlic was worshipped by the ancient Egyptians, chewed by Greek Olympian athletes and thought to be essential for keeping vampires at bay!
It is also good for zapping bacteria, keeping your heart healthy, warding off coughs and colds

Indian dishes have a lot of garlic and in every form, battered garlic, sliced garlic, whole garlic cloves and garlic paste. Putting garlic in especially non-vegetarian Indian dishes enhances the flavor.

I love garlic - my mom says I'll never have heart problems because I eat lots of it.

I eat raw garlic. I even use vinegar + garlic as a dip for chips and nachos. It's really delicious.

MMM another galric fan here. I use it in most dishes too, have for years! I also use fresh and minced jarred garlic. My sister says we will never have vampire problems. LOL! Can't seem to get enough of the stuff!
