I've heard eggs called "the perfect protein". I couldn't agree more!

My fav simple omelet is just caramelized onions and Swiss cheese. And if you have no restraint- maybe add mushrooms.

I was raised on "egg gravy" which is simply cream gravy w/ lotsa black pepper and instead of adding crumbled pork sausage or chipped beef- add sliced hard-boiled eggs and serve over toast.

My Mom's custard pies were to die for...

And of course nothing beats a cheeseburger topped w/ sliced tomato and an over-hard egg!

Kevin, I love eggs. How I like them I think depends on what I am feeling at the moment. I can't think of a thing made with eggs that I would not like.
Mid morning, steamed in butter, wee amount of water. Then covered just long enough to blind them.
Evening, scrambled, covered with wolf brand chili (no beans) Texas toast W/ butter and a tall frosted glass full of sweet milk.
Cream gravy, hot biscuits enough said. CF:D

Eggs are great! I love them anyway - alwasy in a loaded salad as well - love omelets - egg breads - you name it! Most fav - chopped pepperoni sauteed in a skillet allowing all the fats to release, scramble a couple eggs adding some cracked black pepper, pour over and flip when ready - GREATEST OMELET! No need for salt because of the pepperoni. Top with a nice Italian cheese blend - a hunk of homemade bread - and I am sooooooo happy............

My best would be Jon's Fav egg custard pie and everyone likes my deviled eggs.

1. place large soft feather pillow in dryer to heat for 20 minutes
2. remove egg from egg tray in refrigerator
3. remove hot pillow from dryer and place in comfy chair
4. place egg on pillow
5. park your carcass on egg in warm pillow
6. wait for it to hatch
7. when hatched - feed and love
8. nuture with care
9. feed with lots of foods that are fattening so it gets really big and fat
10. enjoy a nice pot of soup from a fat chicken
