I have a nonstick griddle built in to the stove and I really enjoy having it. I generally use it for quesadillas, but there are tons of things that can be made on it.

Before I got this stove, I had a non-stick double griddle that lived on the stove. We make pancakes, bacon, grilled sandwiches, burgers, grilled asparagus - all sorts of things. My teenaged sons use it for pretty much everything!
