It will depend on the person whose birthday you are going to celebrate....but you can use some bright color theme or round table diamond decoration theme,it will be different also,when we had a party in our house then the professionals we hired from Easy Event Planner had decorated it.They used a theme based on cartoons since it was my sons birthday.If you wish you can consult to them also..
