gelatin squares

1 package unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup boiling fruit juice
1 cup cold fruit juice

Dissolve gelitan in boiling fruit juice. Add cold juice and stir to completely mix. Pour into glass containers and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares when ready to serve.

I bet you could add fruit or candy 'floaters' to this, especially for kids . swedish fish in berry blue jello come to mind.
