For tonight, something simple:
Slice the onion and crush the garlic. Fry in the oil over a medium heat until the onions start to soften.
Cut the chicken into strips. Cook the meat until it browns, then add the tomatoes and tarragon.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the packet, and add to the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
