that is so cute phoenyxstarr! My daughter throws tantrums if i dont give her what we are eating! its terriable! i cannot eat ice cream until she is down, because i dont like the idea of feeding my 10mnth ice cream! :D

I didn't either... but then I gave in one day and gave her a couple small bites. She didn't have any problem with it, it was plain vanilla and it was only like 5 small bites. The bites weren't really bites though... more like getting a little of the melted ice cream on the tip of my spoon. Her first bite was a hoot! You will never forget their face the first time they get a bite of something that's truly cold. :D

I use a cookbook for babies and toddlers that has really simple food in it (it's the dummies guide to cooking for babies/toddlers, actually), and some of the recipes are HUGE hits with the entire family. stuff like baked ziti, chicken casseroles, meatloaf, etc.

I find it odd that food can be consumed by people ranging from infants to old people. But then again, they're both not that different...

Boneless chickens are healthy i think.
And fruits and vegetables are also good for childrens.
