I had a couple roast beef sandwiches for dinner last night. They were really good. :)

I made hubby some chicken helper *ick* before I left to go to a Pamered Chef party. While we were there, I had some chicken alfredo soup with lots of veggies. It was really yummy!

Oooh! The chicken alfredo soup sounds really good! I love chicken alfredo. I never thought about making it into soup before though. I'll have to try that.

It was pretty good. I don't know if there's a "recipe", but it was basically cubed chicken, broccoli, carrots, (whatever other veggies you like) cooked in some chicken broth for a few minutes (until the veggies start to soften). then they added 2 jars of Ragu alfredo and heated it through.

For dinner tonight, I'm making this recipe I came across the other day ... Old Bay Chicken Soup. It looks like a good old standard chicken soup recipe, but adds my favorite seasoning .. Old Bay Seasoning! It's bound to taste good for that reason alone.
