A couple of days ago, I made Rachael Ray's "You Won't Be Single For Long Vodka Cream Pasta." I don't recommend it. Too chunky with the tomatoes in the sauce and it was watery, not creamy.
However, last night I got a container of the alfredo sauce in the refrigerated pasta section of the store, added a few spoonfuls of tomato paste, then added the leftover pasta and also removed some of the tomato chunks. MUCH better!

I'm working on a lean chuck roast seasoned with Jamaican spices and baked in a Reynold's oven bag along with carrots, celery and onions. I love the flavor the vegetables get from the beef cooked in the bag.
I usually add potatoes to the bag, but tonight I decided to make pasta salad with Salad Supreme seasoning. It you haven't tried Salad Supreme, then you ought to get a bottle from the grocery store and try it. It makes a great tasting pasta salad without any effort. It's mix, shake, let sit, and then eat. That's it. Oh, you'll need Italian Salad Dressing as that's part of the mixing directions of the Salad Supreme.

We grilled burgers. So nice that it's warm out and we can use the grill again. I look forward to DH being responsible for dinner sometimes, LOL.

I did pretty much the same as you. The family went out and grilled bubba burgers in the backyard under the sun. We also had some potato chips, and coleslaw it was fun.

I'm gonna try a new recipe tonight, a corn casserole. I'm adding some bacon b/c we're carnivores, LOL.
I'll report back if it's good.
Later this week we will be having baked ziti, quesadillas, and maybe burgers again.
