STUFFED BREADS


Bring frozen bread dough to room temperature if you do not want to make your own bread homemade. Roll out, fill, shape.

Let rise 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 15 to
20 minutes. Bread temperature should read 190 degrees F.



Fruited Goat Cheese

4 ounces soft goat cheese
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.



Goat Cheese Chive

4 ounces soft goat cheese
1 teaspoon chives, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.



Gorgonzola and Walnut Filling

1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
4 ounces Gorgonzola or blue cheese

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.



Spicy Ham and Cheese

Spicy mustard
4 ounces baked ham, chopped
3 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
1/4 cup well-drained crushed pineapple (optional)

Spread spicy mustard on rolled out bread; sprinkle on the ham and
cheese and the crushed pineapple if desired.



Creamy Smoked Salmon

3 ounces mascarpone cheese or soft cream cheese
6 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 cup green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon capers, drained
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.



Smoky Mediterranean

4 ounces smoked Gruyere, smoked
3 ounces prosciutto
2 ounces green olives or try a tapenade

Layer the cheese, ham and olives on the dough.



Horseradish Roast Beef

Italian roast beef
Small package cream cheese
1 tablespoon horseradish

Place thin slices of Italian roast beef on rolled out dough. Mix
together cream cheese and. horseradish and spread over the top.



Creamy Spinach

1/2 cup ricotta
1/4 cup spinach, thawed and well squeezed
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Pinch of nutmeg

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.



Antipasto

1/2 cup artichokes hearts (plain or marinated), chopped, drained well
3 ounces hard salami cubed
3 ounces provolone cheese cubed
1/4 cup black or Greek olives chopped
