1/3 cup nutritional yeast (not Brewer's yeast)
1/2 cup flour (wheat-free)
1 Tbsp. dried onion
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/8 tsp. white pepper (or black pepper)
6 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard (or regular mustard)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup tomato sauce, canned
4 cups water

Method: Place all the ingredients in a blender, and process until completely smooth. Pour into a large saucepan, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low, and continue to cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Serve hot over cooked macaroni, vegetables, etc.
