Thread: Flank Steak Teriyaki Recipe

1 large flank steak
Seasoning:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp fresh ginger root, minced
Score the flank steak about 1/2" to 3/4" in two directions and on both sides of the steak.
Mix the seasoning together.
Place the steak in a ziploc bag, and pour in the marinade. Place in refrigerator for at least an hour and up to 4 hours. Turn over the steak every hour of marinating.
Broil for 5 minutes on each side, then check for doneness. Cook longer as needed.
It's important to slice flank steak diagonally cut through tough fibers in the steak.
