200g fresh tomato sauce
4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 fresh ginger, finely grated
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste

Mix everything together in a blender and whisk, if the sauce is a little thick
then add a touch of water. Mix again.
