20-30 pieces chicken, such as wings, thighs and drumsticks, cut up
1 (10-ounce) bottle soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
In a large pot, add chicken, soy sauce, sugar, onion and garlic. Pour enough orange juice over mixture until chicken is covered.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Cool in pan, and place in refrigerator overnight.
Chicken can be served cold or heated on grill.
