Rainbow Jello
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
5 small boxes jello (any flavor)
WHITE FILLING
Bring milk to a boil and add sugar. In a separate bowl dissolve gelatin
1/2 cup cold water. Add to milk mixture. Beat in sour cream and vanilla
Beat until creamy
JELLO
Dissolve each box separately (as needed) with 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cup
cold water.
TO PREPARE
Start with 1st jello layer. Pour into 9x13 glass pan. Wait until firm,
then add about 1 to 1 1/4 cup white layer. While you are waiting for
first layer to firm up,
prepare 2nd box of jello and put in refrigerator to cool down. Don't let
it jell, just make sure it is cooled. Each layer in pan needs to be firm
before adding a new layer.
