I'm curious how many times a day we all eat :D
I get hungry every 4 hours like clock work.
If I eat around 8am then I want something around 12pm. Then I eat dinner about 5pm and sometimes a snack before bed. I TRY not to eat anything 3 hours before bed. Jon and I both have hypoglycemia and can get grouchy as heck when our blood sugar is low. I have stopped more than once when we are out and about and bought him a doughnut or crackers and cheese. When he crashes he gets mean lol.
 
I'm on about the same schedule for regular meals, but with a snack meal thrown inbetween if there is a longer period between meals....about 10am....3pm....and 7pm. No sweets though. Maybe salsa or vegetable nibbles. My downfall is tortilla chips.
 
I get the urge to snack at night. I have really bad acid refux and eating before bed is the worst lol. My weaknesses are nacho cheese doritos and salsa or cheddar jalapeno dip. I won't even go down that isle at the store because if they are here Im gonna be into them.
 
Because I work the graveyard shift, my schedule is whacko.

I go to bed at 9:00AM after either a bowl of oatmeal/banana or cheerios/yogurt.

I rise at aprox. 3:00PM to another bowl of cereal.

At about 7:00PM I eat "supper".

At 2:30AM while at work I eat "lunch" which is normally a slightly smaller, scaled-down version of the same thing I had at home that night.
 
I eat once every 4 hours approx. nothing "ground in stone" though! Sometimes if I am not hungry I do not eat. My downfall is Ice Cream, I Love it!!!:D

What r u'r FAV flavors, Cathy?

There's hardly a flavor I can't enjoy- but I'm partial to Butter Pecan, and Ben & Jerry's Vanilla Heath-Bar Crunch! Also, we have a local creamery and they have a flavor I like called Brown Sugar-Black Walnut.

ooo Butter Pecan and Black walnut are among my favorite flavors. I also like rum raisin.
 
According to my co-workers I never stop eating. I also am hypo-glycemic. If my blood sugar runs low I just can't move. I have to lay on the floor until someone brings food. The funniest part is when I'm really hungry like that I throw up. Isn't that weird? So anyway I have snacks in my car in my desk and in my purse for when I get the shakes. I eat a lot of pickles, pumpkin seeds, fruit and veggie sticks to keep my energy up between meals. For me meals are also about every 4 hours and I don't eat after 7PM. If I go to sleep on a full stomach I have nighmares that make Freddy Kruger look like Little Orphan Annie.
 
I'm bad. I only eat one meal a day and that's dinner. The rest of the day is coffee for breakfast and lunch. I do eat breakfast on Sunday mornings though because I look forwards to making it.

You know that is not healthy! But it is your body,......... it's just how in the heck do you expect to eat enough in one meal to meet all your daily Minimum Requirements of vitamins and minerals? I hope you take a daily supplement!

And I will shut-up already:D
 
oh, how I eat...

My husband always says that it is a good thing that I have a good metabolism... I eat often, every 2-4 hours. Good snacks, small meals, along with regular meals. I do not like sweets (too) much, and I do not get fast food more than once or twice a month. I love to eat my food! And I love salads (!) for breakfast (after coffee, of course).
 
I eat about every 2-4 hrs as well. Hubby thinks I'm eating all the time. I love munching on chips and been trying so hard to avoid them. I keep stock of dried fruits and tea so I can eat a light dinner. Meals here always have rice so it's high carbo and starch. I don't exercise regularly but so far I've kept myself trim. I do try to cook healthy meals but cream sauce, melted cheese, and the smell of butter .... so hard to resist.
 
Jon always makes me an Easter Basket every year. He loads it full of Cadbury eggs which are my biggest weakness lol. I try and limit to a couple small pieces a day but it is hard! I still have each basket he has made in storage.
