1 1/2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa
3 Tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix in milk slowly. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Add butter and vanilla.
Serve over hot biscuits.
This is a big thing in Tennessee we all love it.
