Creamsicle Smoothie Delight
There is nothing better than a creamsicle in a chilled glass on a hot summer's day.
SERVES 2
1 cup low-fat milk
4 ounces ice cream (vanilla)
4 ounces orange sherbet
4 tablespoons non-dairy coffee creamer (French vanilla)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In Blender, add cold milk, sherbet, non dairy creamer, ice cream and vanilla extract and blend on high until smooth.
Serve immediately.
