See, the best thing about these tacos is that it's less messy than both hard & soft tacos. With hard tacos, you always have the problem of the shell cracking and everything falling out. When you wrap the beans & soft shell around it, it usually doesn't crack. It gets a little soggy from the beans. And if it DOES crack, you've got the beans/tortilla to catch it. PLUS...it's just really good!!!

We use the store bought taco seasoning (Ortega) and I do just like the directions say, I like mine really seasoned though, so I usually buy an extra packet.
