i was wondering if anyone here has any tasty recipes that incorporated mustard like Grey Poupon Mustard in the mix.

Care to narrow it down a bit as to type of recipe you want?
BTW, a basic mustard sauce is made by mixing the prepared mustard with a little sour cream. You can smooth that out a little more with some cream or even mayo.
You can mix Dijon mustard with honey and dill (optional) for a spread; you can add sesame seeds, etc. as desired.
You can spread it on chops before cooking.
Add to meatloaf.
Glaze a ham, chicken, lamb, etc.
Use in thousands of recipes!!!

I usually use the refined Grey Poupon, I would like to try a more rustic mustard next time.
